Jarrod Cann is an award-winning filmmaker, creative producer, and clumsy dancer. His weakness is cheddar cheese.
He’s also the founder of POTENTIATOR, a media company in Los Angeles dedicated to exploring stories of identity and activism in America through film, podcasts, and more.
His recent work includes GOOD WHITE PEOPLE: A Short Film About Gentrification which tells the story of the Stroud family as they are forced to leave their home to make way for high-end bars, boutiques, and start-up incubators.
Jarrod is currently working on Let The Gods Dance a film about a 15 year old drummer who discovers his power to challenge caste oppression in a mountain village of the Indian Himalayas of Garhwal.
